No more calls or texts

Replying STOP to any text message ends the texts. If a partner phones you, say during the call that you don't want to be called again; they are required to respect that. If you'd rather not hear from us, send us an email that includes both the phone number and the email address you entered.

Once you've been matched with a partner, that partner holds your details and follows its own privacy policy, so a separate request to it may be needed. If you ask, we'll tell you which partners received your information.

Requests about your information

You can email us to learn what information we have about you, receive a copy of it, have it corrected or erased, or tell us not to sell it or share it for advertising. Say which request you're making, and write from the email you gave on the form (or add the phone number you entered there) so that we can match it to your record. More detail on these rights is in our privacy policy.

Things outside our role

Quotes, sales, changes or cancellations of policies. We are neither an insurer nor an agent.
Claims, renewals and billing. Your insurer takes care of these; its phone number appears on your policy paperwork.
Choosing your coverage. An insurance professional who holds a license where you live can recommend what to buy.
